Please do not apply for this role if you're anything other than a professional UGC creator. We're only looking for UGC actors ready to take on multiple projects per week and have fast turnaround times.

This is a role where we will be able to provide you consistent projects without you needing to constantly chase new clients.

About Us:

At Customers On Command, we install proven marketing systems into coaches, consulting, online services and agencies businesses to help them predictably land up to 500 new paying customers.

Our mission is to expand businesses around the world by fixing their customer acquisition constraints.

Role:

As a UGC actor at Customers On Command, you will be responsible for recording advertising creatives and video sales letters (VSLs) for our clients. That simple. Your role is crucial in creating winning creatives for our clients that we can launch and scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking on tasks we deliver you from clients

  • Turning around the projects within 2-3 days

Measure Of Success In First 60 Days:

  • 5 sets of ads and VSLs recorded for clients

Hours:

  • Operate on Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Salary:

  • To be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Core Values:

Speed: Our average response time from our team members is around 25 minutes. That’s because we don’t do slow communication. If one person is slow, it slows the entire team down. Speed moves the needle forward.

Be a player-coach: In a football match, the coach is rarely going to go on the field to play and support the players. That’s not how it works in business though. Your role will be closing deals over the phone, however if another sales team member needs helps, it’s important to get your hands dirty sometimes.

Hitting deadlines: Set yourself a deadline and hit it. Work expands to fill the available time (the Parkinson's law). Keep yourself accountable by setting the deadline in the quickest time possible, while knowing it’s achievable.
