Please do not apply for this role if you're a project manager, a sales coach or anything other than an existing sales development representative or appointment setter. We're only looking for a appointment setter who's willing and ready to call from the phones and dial inbound leads.

Role:
As a sales development representative (or appointment setter) at Customers On Command, you will be responsible for calling inbound leads who book on our sales team calendar to confirm they will show up and pre qualify them. Not only that, you will be responsible for dialing leads and strategically following up with leads in our CRM to get back on the calendar. Your role is crucial in generating the business revenue, signing our ideal customers and pushing us forward every month. You will be equipped with everything you need to successfully call and set inbound leads from ads.
Responsibilities:
Learning how our program works and generates results for customers
Dialing inbound leads who book on our sales calendar
Followup with older leads in the CRM and get them back on the calendar
Collaborate closely with the sales team to help with developing the offer and overcoming different objections
Participate in weekly team meetings and provide feedback on calls
Hours:
Operate on Eastern Standard Time Zone.
Salary:
To be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Job requirements
Qualifications:
Worked for a digital agency appointment setting before
Fundamental understanding of sales funnels and paid ads
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in remote sales
